Dataselect does not return any results for requests including a change of year

If the request goes from 2023-12-31 00:00:00 to 2023-12-31 23:59:59, we get some data

If the request goes from 2023-12-31 00:00:00 to 2024-01-01 00:00:00, a 204 code (o data) is returned

Tested with RA.BRGM.00.HNZ among others

Also tested with 2022-2023 new year's eve
