Use OpenCV and PyAudio for capturing video/audio from the camera

• Simple acquisition of a series of JPEG images from the camera, with time stamps
• Verify that the time stamp of the first image is correct
• Test it on both Linux and Windows systems
• Acquisition of audio with PyAudio
• Encode the JPEG images and the acquired audio into a WMV file
• Verify video/audio synchronization
• Test in PsychoPy
