Wrong display of annotation under creation when timeline is zoomed or window changes size

Steps to reproduce this bug:

• Start a new annotation
• Move the cursor of the mouse
• Zoom the timeline or change the size of the window

Result: the annotation under creation will be displayed at the wrong location.

The display is corrected as soon as the cursor position is changed, either with the mouse or with the Right and Left keys.
