VPL_COMPILATIONFAILED insufficiently escaped in default_vpl.sh

Content of VPL_COMPILATIONFAILED variable isn't properly escaped in default_evaluate.sh. As the "compilation failed" message in french contains a single quote, this leads to a syntax error in vpl_execution, when evaluating a student file which doesn't compile :
