move repository

In the context of workflow standardisation we decided to develop Diamond workflows in distinct repositories inside the workflows group.

Following this choice, the current repository should be refactored:

• move the project to workflows group.
• remove the parameters GUI which is now developped in a separated repository.
• change the python package structure to only include the edgeloop worklow.

@arrondeb, could you please move this repository to the Diamond/Aiida/worklows group and rename it edgeloop-dislocation ?

I will take care of other changes.
