Simplify inputs

Currently user needs to provide three sets of NUMODIS inputs for each dislocation dynamics steps (DD.0, DD.2 and DD.5). The idea is to only have one numodis input which the workflow will extrapolate to the three steps.

The goal of this simplification is to avoid the duplication of parameters which is a source of mistake.
