Load the data

Issue

I need to test the import-cmip6-data submodule, through a new branch, to import the needed CMIP6 data.

Goals

• Build criteria and filtering csv files
• Run the notebook
• Initiate an analysis notebook where the data can be loaded
• Write the associated documentation if needed

Milestone

This tackles the following criteria of the milestone :

• There is a description of the input data
• There are instructions on how to retrieve the input data (doi or URL, additional scripts can be provided)
