Matthieu data migration step 1

the first migration file only add new fields in REsource model the second file make the data migrations from article's dates to resource new ones. It is in this file that i make the revert assuming that at this stage of the revert, models are in the state where both Article and Resource have dates fields (date_... for article and new_date_...) for Resource
