Update to python 3.12 and micromamba env

EXT GRIMA Nicolas requested to merge python3.12 into master

Update Hytop to python 3.12 and use mainly micromamba environment. Now only 2 docker images are available:

  • hysop_cpu_intel
  • hysop_gpu_nvidia
